Don’t Dry clean

Suit Fullstop
Chances are you dry clean your suit often

• Do it rarely. Dry cleaning can be brutal on suiting fabric. A suit is a long time investment; you want to preserve its integrity.

• If it’s looking creased and wrinkled, take it in to have it steam-pressed. This is especially good for cotton suits, which wrinkles faster.

• And if you’re in a bind—or just in some funny hotel in a foreign city—hang it up in the bathroom, blast a hot shower, and close the door for ten or fifteen minutes. It’ll look—almost—like new.
